How we work

Bapuji Committee is registered in India under Indian Societies Registration Act.Committee is composed of 125 members and members elect president, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer every three years.

Starting a school involves analyzing education needs, identifying location,raising funds, getting permits, hiring staff, training faculty and many more. Bapuji committee maintains very active structure and holds subcommittees responsible for every task in institution administration and management. Meetings are scheduled at regular intervals and committee makes decisions on action items.

With respect to providing a safe and functional environment for young citizens in GCSS High School & Junior College, GCKVN Degree College and GCBPR English Medium School, Bapuji committee is responsible for:

  • Defining the vision, mission, and goals of schools
  • Establishing and monitoring the annual operating budget
  • Hiring, managing and evaluating the Principal and staff of High School and Junior College
  • Setting and reviewing school policies and practices to support student achievement
